Wednesday’s Pie

Quaint, cute and simple, Wednesday’s Pie tiny foyer features a pie counter, checkered floors, an antique register and white bar rails with classic red barstools. A chalkboard announces the three types of old-fashioned pies made fresh that day, available whole or by the slice. Only open on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (or until the pies disappear), Wednesday’s Pie serves as the front to the low-lit, speakeasy Green Russell cocktail joint that’s just beyond the stainless swinging door.
